Ki (“Key”) Financial was established in 2021 by Deanna O’Neal, AFC® to bring financial wellness into her community. The Owner and CFE (Chief Financial Educator), Deanna O’Neal is an Accredited Financial Counselor®, Financial Advisor, and Investment Advisor Representative. She has been a financial educator for more than 20 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. After graduation, she started her career in the corporate financial sector as a commodities trading broker placing trades on the NYMEX. A few years later, she transitioned to the non-profit realm providing military members and their families with financial literacy education. Over the years, she has worked with thousands of individuals, families, and businesses helping them achieve a better understanding of their financial picture and creating a path towards financial independence. Along the way, she discovered the true meaning of financial wellness and now has a passion to helps others achieve it through financial coaching and financial trauma recovery. Bringing financial literacy to everyone is her mission and through financial literacy, helping everyone become their best self and build successful businesses.  She is a wife, a mother, and loves to dance.
