I am a full-time high school teacher. I lacked energy for most of my adult life. As a full-time teacher and raising my own children, I barely made it through the day. BEMER entered my world in 2018 and I discovered that highly desired energy without even changing my current lifestyle! I just sat for 8 minutes twice a day at home and experienced the benefits of better blood flow. The BEMER has impacted my health in a positive way and I am passionate to share and spread the BEMER message of hope in health and wellness in Kitsap.
