Return & Refund Policy

At Live Well Kitsap, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect orders, or changes of mind.

Returns

We do not accept returns on print-on-demand products.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your size, color, shipping address, and design selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once we review your claim, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost if the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged during production, or misprinted.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us at lesli@livewellkitsap.com. While we cannot guarantee an exchange due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we'll do our best to work with you to find a solution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided for an item that is defective, damaged, or misprinted.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Incorrect size ordered

• Change of mind

• Buyer remorse

• Minor color variations due to monitor or screen settings

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
