Join Cynthia Land, LMT for a FREE chair yoga class at the Silverdale VFW Hall as part of the Silverdale Senior Center's activity day. The hall opens at 10am and chair yoga starts at 11:00am. You're invited to bring a sack lunch and hang out with us afterwards for community and to make new friends.
