Originally from the Bronx, NY. I am ​a proud husband, and father of five beautiful children; without whom I may never have been exposed to the beautiful longevity science known as Chinese Medicine. My journey in medicine began several years after being honorably discharged from the United States Army. On New Year’s Eve 2011, my wife and I learned we were going to be first time parents! It was at that moment that I declared I would be the person to deliver my children into this world. I feverishly researched how to safely and knowledgeably deliver a baby. This was the start of my passion. Fate took an interesting turn when my very pregnant wife, suffering from low back pain, decided to seek the care of a very well-trained acupuncturist. I too, suffering from long-standing back pain from an injury sustained in the military, decided to receive an acupuncture treatment. My honest motivation, however, was driven by equal parts curiosity as well as skepticism. I was overwhelmed with intrigue and excitement when my ‘stubborn to treat’ chronic back pain disappeared in a total of three seconds! Two weeks later I enrolled myself into the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale Florida, where I obtained a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. It is my sincere commitment to continually strengthen my knowledge, skills, and abilities, providing clinically effective treatment modalities and education to both the public and allopathic medical community alike. I am grateful for the opportunity to support each person I meet in their journey towards optimal vitality.
