At Zen Dragon Martial Arts Silverdale, we specialize in personalized martial arts instruction combined with dynamic group classes. We proudly teach men, women, and children of all ages, experience levels, and abilities.

The Kenpo-based martial arts system we teach is adaptable to each individual, regardless of age, body type, athletic background, or physical ability. Our professional instructors are trained through the Zen Dragon Instructor Training Academy, ensuring every student receives high-quality, consistent instruction focused on safety, skill development, confidence, and personal growth.

We are open six days a week, Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Every student receives a private 30-minute personalized lesson each week, along with up to three group classes. This unique combination allows students to receive individualized coaching while benefiting from the energy and camaraderie of group training.
